Letting the rhythms of our earth guide us and the Soul Motion practice to hold us, we move within each 6-week seasonal series as a journey through the ever-turning wheel of the year.
Each dancer will be invited to explore with movement, words, drawing and connection their relationship to the current season, wherever you may be. Music and enquires will be inspired by each seasonal transition.
Soul Motion is a somatic movement practice which cultivates the art of spaciousness, relationship and sacredness. We hold a special place for pausing and listening, letting the body creatively lead and listen from all directions, whilst sourcing inspiration both from within and around us. What we learn on the dance floor, we practise in our everyday lives.
Come with your body and soul as you are, no dance experience needed. Your life wisdom is wholly and worthy of being remembered, shared and held.
